Tuition Refund Policy
Tuition fees are collected in advance from the time of course registration until the completion of the course.
For group classes, students who do not attend a session will still be charged, except in special cases such as illness or important family matters, provided that the center is notified at least 4 hours before the class.
The schedule may be adjusted according to national public holidays and school holidays.
Students who withdraw before completing the course, with a valid reason, will receive a refund based on the number of hours attended.
Policies & Regulations
To ensure discipline and maximize learning effectiveness, we would like to outline the following class Rescheduling/Cancellation policies:
1. Class ReschedulingStudents may request to reschedule a class for valid reasons such as exams for other subjects or illness. Please notify the center at least 4 hours in advance.
2. Class CancellationStudents may cancel a class due to unavoidable circumstances such as illness or sudden changes in their school schedule, with parental confirmation required. Please provide at least 4 hours’ prior notice.
3. No Prior NoticeIf there is no prior notice or specific discussion with the center, the session will be charged as usual.
4. Online Class RegulationsFor online classes, only registered students are permitted to access the class link. Sharing access with individuals outside the center without prior approval is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate suspension.
5. Learning Account PolicyEach student will be granted one licensed learning account, intended solely for the registered student.
If account credentials are shared with unauthorized individuals:
The student’s academic evaluation may be deemed invalid.
The account will be immediately deactivated.
In cases where damage is caused to the center, the student may be held liable for compensation.
